I explained to Tyler this was my first stop and want to get a ballpark figure on prices. After several please from me, he promised me that they would not hard hit credit agencies, will that was not the truth. They did and I am not happy being lied to. In addition, he badgered me about taking a test drive when I finally relented and agree he insulted me... "well, I don't want to make you upset". Don't trust the dealer for people - in the end they just want to sell cars and not develop customers. More
