Our salesman was overly a good salesman and very understanding and apologetic but management could NOT be bothered to talk to us at all and explain the reason for the turn down..... DISAPPOINTING. Great car, great purchase lousy sales consultant I love my car but my sales consultant Alvin was not really the greatest. When we told him our goals for payments he pretty much told us no. Not even saying it may or may not be possible just no. He barely told me where to drive on the test drive. I had to keep asking where to go. When trying to compliment my wife and I he ended up bringing up his personal issues with his ex-wife. We were mortified. When addressing our concerns about payments and interest rate, he came in with one rate and came back with a lower rate but a higher monthly payment. What I know about car payments that shouldn't of happened. When we borderline got to a payment and rate we were interested in we were border line reafdy to come back a different date to work with someone new. In the end we got home and thought about it and said yes. We called the manager we worked with. I forget his name. We called him up and worked it out for me to sign paperwork the next morning. More
