He did not pressure us, as we made it clear we were there only to test drive. However, when we drove the Santa Fe Sport that he showed us, we were interested and asked him to work up a quote. We signed a lease on the test car we drove. This was due to the very good price we were given for the car. We like the service plan that the dealership offers; it was one of the factors that led us to decide on that car. Needless to say, we were very pleased with the car, with Matt, and with the dealership. More

Went in to look at cars in person vs. online, but never expected to leave the dealership that night in a new car! The entire team was pleasant and courteous and made the entire experience wonderful. Jose made the entire process easy and painless! He stayed hours past closing to see the deal done due to long line in Finance and even stepped out and picked up a snack for my daughter as we hadn't had dinner before shopping and didn't expect to be out that late! It was not only the "WOW" factor but it came down to the amount of space and leg room the back seat had especially with our 3 girls. Our decision to buy another Hyundai came from the purchase of my husbands 2014 Sonata that he loves and the fact that Key Hyundai offered a Veterans Discount!
