Helpful yet pushy Jose Muniz was a great salesman! He was conscientious, kind, helpful and patient with me. I do not remember the name of the manager that we worked w Jose Muniz was a great salesman! I do not remember the name of the manager that we worked with; his picture is not listed below, but I found him to be cocky, condescending and rude. Perhaps that manager and Jose played a little good cop, bad cop with me. If it were not for Jose Muniz, I would have not bought a car that day. Overall my car buying experience was good. GREAT OVERALL SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH !!!!!!!!!!!! When I heard the advert on the radio I was drawn to it even though I know how dealerships draw the people in. Any large business for that matter. But When I heard the advert on the radio I was drawn to it even though I know how dealerships draw the people in. Any large business for that matter. But the advert was very good. I figured I would take the ride from Springfield, ma. I already had a newer car. a 2013 sonata. Not a bad car at all ( fast, strong, fun to drive) but i needed a newer car. BUT the issue was I knew or thought i was certain that there was no way i would get financed or considered. From the time I walked in I was greeted pleasantly, all the sales reps were cool AND each time i explained my situation they kept a positive attitude and encouraged me to relax and to wait and see......I met Frank Minor and he was very nice, PROFESSIONAL and really made me feel comfortable. I actually felt like I was one of the guys working there, that was how comfortable i felt. The finance guys were GREAT !! I know the role they play and they sometimes try not to be too personal and close with people which I can understand why but these guys were great. They worked very hard for me and all kept doing was telling me to just relax and they will get the deal done and I would be happy. Don Jones was EXCELLENT ! I never felt pressured by him, they make me the offer and I couldn't believe that it was actually. Don going to happen ! Frank took his time and they never passed judgement or made me feel bad. A GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND , in fact the BEST I EVER HAD buying a car !!!!!!!!!!!!! More

my 2nd purchase This was my second purchase with Key. I knew which solution provider I wanted prior to returning. Overall my experience was fine, it was long. I was p This was my second purchase with Key. I knew which solution provider I wanted prior to returning. Overall my experience was fine, it was long. I was physically present for roughly 6 hours. What was incredibly disappointing was I was not offered additional features. I expressed a strong desire for blue tooth since I work out of my car and I was told that I could purchase one from Best Buy for $300. My husband was told the same later in the day..if it wasn't possible to fit it in with financing then the response should have been, "let us see if that is possible." That was incredibly disappointing. Other than that, everything was ok. Fortunately, this is my 4th hyundai, and other local dealerships are less than ok so I am sure I will be back. Just disappointed. More
