Fantastic experience overall!! I'd been hearing Jill Merriam's radio ads for some time-sounded too good to be true but I decided to give it a try. I didn't want the usual high press I'd been hearing Jill Merriam's radio ads for some time-sounded too good to be true but I decided to give it a try. I didn't want the usual high pressure you get at many dealerships. I walked in 7/13/15 expecting to start the process. I was treated by Frank Minor who made me feel comfortable immediately. He explained the process;never made me feel self-conscious about my credit problems. Next thing I knew I was test driving a beautiful 2013 Kia Optima. The test drive not only included information about the car-I got a history lesson about the countryside we drove through and even got a short concert sung by Frank!! Before I knew it I was meeting with John in finance and preparing to drive home with my "nicer, newer car." The whole experience couldn't have been better. More

Meeting my salesman again When we walked into the dealership we were greated by Frank who became our salesman. He took us in and started to talk to us about the cars. He took us in and mafrde my husband and myself comfortable. We talked about our budget and what we could spend on a car and he showed us a car we would be comfortable in. We were so happy with what he chose for us.Then he worked with us for the loan on the car and the finance person John sat with us and did our finance plan and we were in our car. We were shown the dealership and all the departments everyone was so nice. Franks daughter works there and she was so attentive, she brought us drinks and made us feel so welcome while she worked on doing the insurance for the car. While we were working with Frank I got the feeling I knew him from somewhere. Then I remembered we once bought a car from a small family dealership in Vernon a few years back. Low and behold it was Franks dealership when he owned his own business. I knew I had come to the right place then because he had sold me a car before and I had tried to locate his business before coming to this dealership. I knew I had seen him before and didn't place him till we had almost finished the sale. He and his daughter had also thought they knew us from somewhere and just couldn't place us. What a small world this is. We all thought this was so amazing. We all laughed about it. I knew we had come to the right place to find a car. This is besides the fact that our daughters had both bought cars from this dealership as well and thought we should look into this place. We had the best experience buying our car and would and have recommended people to go there for their next car. More
