Great, just great! My existing car had 156K miles on her and needed some minor mechanical work to keep her going. Rather than drop $$ into fixing her up, I decided to look for something "nicer,newer." I live about an hour from Key so I made the mistake of going to another local dealer to me. They were typical car salesmen and i realized the error i had made. The next day, I drove up to Key to see Don, who had gotten my wife into a great vehicle with a great deal six months prior. Don recommended a certified pre-owned Sonata. I was quite skepticle as my wife owned a Hyundai several years ago and we didn't have a good experience with it. Since Don had done such a great job for us previously, I agreed to look. As it was February and we are in CT, there was a lot of snow on the ground, so rather than show me the one he was thinking for me and making me trudge throw all the snow, we looked at one that was out front but already sold. It was a very nice car so I agreed to test drive one. As I hadn't scheduled to meet with Don, he was with another customer so Matt took me for the test drive. The car drove very nicely. While we were out driving, the lot was plowed so we could now get to the car that I was potentially going to purchase. It was also a very nice car in great condition. Don ran the numbers for me and I was getting the deal that I wanted. As this was a Sunday, the banks were closed so we couldn't close on the deal and I made an appointment to come back that Tuesday to sign the contract and take ownership. I got a call the next day, Monday, from Alexio that the bank would like me to sign that day, so I agreed to go up afterwork. This was a scheduled day off for Don, so Alexio completed everything for me. I have now had two great experiences with Key and would highly recommend them to anyone. More
