Excellent Solution Provider ~ Frank Minor Exceptional customer service is an understatement. I received a "DRIVENOW CARD" in the mail and called Key Hyundai of Manchester on a Monday evening a Exceptional customer service is an understatement. I received a "DRIVENOW CARD" in the mail and called Key Hyundai of Manchester on a Monday evening and spoke with a knowledgeable solution provider customer service representative which informed me of there current sales offers. I was instructed which documentation to bring and was give an appointment for the next day. I visited Key Hyundai of Manchester the next day and was pleasantly surprised to see my name of a white board as I entered the dealership... I was warmly greeted by Frank Minor and he sat and listened as I was specifically in what I was looking for. Frank asked me several questions and he actually took notes and was very attentive. After giving Frank my list of desires in the car I was looking for Frank came back with 4 cars for me to look at. The first car Frank showed me was a winner, I knew it as soon as I entered the vehicle but I looked at all 4 cars. The first car Frank showed me was the one I purchased that day. Frank has mastered his craft as a solution provider. His attention to detail, exceptional customer service abilities and superior product knowledge was refreshing. Frank is not like the any Car Salesman I have ever dealt with.
