Great Experience. I came into the dealership not knowing what to expect. I have been to other dealerships and have had terrible experiences. I walked in and was greet I came into the dealership not knowing what to expect. I have been to other dealerships and have had terrible experiences. I walked in and was greeted immediately. They asked if we needed any refreshments and directed us to the lounge. We then sat down with our sales person, Matt. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We test drove a few cars and he helped us find the perfect car for my family. After working with Matt, I was greeted by the Finance managers. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the brand, products and services. They were able to put me a new car that fit my budget and my needs. At the end of the day, they gave me the keys to a new car. Something I havent purchased in 25 years. I am extremely happy with my new car and very happy that I found Key Hyundai of Manchester.
