After having a few frustrated experiences at other dealers I was very impressed with the way they treat their customer at Key Hyundai. Lori Guardo helped me through the process and I just want to thank her for all of her help and patience. It took us nearly half a day to complete the purchase since I was having some problems with the insurance company, but Lori remained as calm and happy as when I first walked through the door. The day before my purchase we caught her as she was getting ready to go home, but she did not mind and made us feel comfortable and valuable. I felt like she listened to all of my concerns and gave me great advise. Managers were also helpful and they both approached me and introduced themselves, all while being informative and explaining the different options I had.
