I was immediately made to feel at ease and had a warm & inviting cup of coffee in the beautiful, comfortable waiting area. The service was prompt and efficient. Working with Steven Cerasoli was fantastic. He was calm, caring and excellent at his work keeping me updated throughout the entire buying process. Steven also made sure I knew what every button was for inside the car and hooked up my Blue Tooth. He never seemed a bit impatient with his new customer! Brion Geter was also great to work with and met my terms--no small feat! Randolfo Cabrera made me feel so comfortable with the signing process and was very quick and efficient at getting all of the paperwork done. Very little small talk--appreciated at the end of a very long afternoon. He made me feel very comfortable and had a great sense of humor. It was a Pleasure I came to the dealership with some pretty high expectations, I have visited other dealers in and out of town but they all fell short. Before I could e I came to the dealership with some pretty high expectations, I have visited other dealers in and out of town but they all fell short. Before I could even step two feet in the door I was greeted by a warm smile and friendly hello from Damian Smith. Damian asked me a few questions and we sat and talked like I had known him for half a life time. He did not have that pushy sales pitch that I have heard so many times before. I explained to him the I was VERY specific in what I was looking for and that I am fairly knowledgeable when it comes to cars. He bought up a car for me to test drive and I liked the car he worked out a deal with this manager. I may have been able to get the price a bit more over all I'm fairly happy with my purchase. The Financial manager Randolfo Cabrera was the real deal, he gave solid advise on how to repair my damaged credit and was very straight forward and honest. I left with a beautiful car that is a head turner and I would highly recommend them. There where some issues with my paper work but they where able to work out that minor detail. Jill Merrian says they do things different and they are the dealer for the people, well buy what I experienced they hold up to that and maybe then some. More
