I had recently had a problem with my old car so I started looking for an New one. I saw the great reviews on the elantra so I started looking around and saw that key Hyundai had the best customer reviews. I looking for an New one. Sal greeted me and my fiancee, and explained they were closed but they were still willing to help up take a look at there inventory. Instead I decided to make an appointment for the following day. I came in the.next morning and was greeted by Sal again and was introduced to Jd who I had seen very good reviews about, amd he lived up to his expectation. He was very personable and understanding. By the afternoon I was in my new 2013 elantra limited. They payments were higher than I wanted but I got into the car that I had hoped. So all around I am very pleased. We made an appointment with JD Dagda to come in and talk about a new Santa Fe. He greeted us upon our arrival and within an hour, we made a deal on a new 2012 Santa Fe. Sal was very friendly and assured us that they would do everything in their power to get us the vehicle that we wanted. They ordered the vehicle from Hyundai and a week later it arrived at the Manchester facility. We went there at 4pm on Friday, 7/27/12 and by 5:30 the car was delivered to us, completely detailed with a full tank of fuel. JD reviewed the interior controls of the vehicle with my wife and also synched her phone to the blue tooth. Overall, my wife and I were very satisfied with the customer service that we received at Key Hyundai. Both JD, Sal and the Business Manager were all very professional and top notch. It all started when I took my 2011 sonata in for an oil change. My leae was coming up in Dec. and I decided to take a walk into the showroom as I waited for my car. It was a little early, but Bob Dimanno was in the show room and I mentioned my lease coming due. We had a conversation about it and, from the get-go, I was totally at ease with his demeanor. He listened intently as I mentioned my thoughts about lowering a car payment, when the time was right. I was very comfortable..and I am not usually! I was shown various cars, talked about numbers , and he promised to put some things together and be in touch. I left. Within 24 hours, I had some numbers and made an appt to test drive some other cars. At my appointment, he took a lot of time with each car...I never felt rushed. In the end, I was shown a car that had just arrived that day...He had understood me..and I signed the papers for a 2013 coupe. It was perfect! I picked up the car a few days later..and..although I was not purchasing the "million dollar' car, everyone there made me feel like I did! More
