I have dealt with Key Hyundai for the past two years. All of my family have been extremely satisfied with this dealership whether it was in sales or in service. We arrived at the dealership and had to wait about 5 minutes without even getting acknowledged. People walked by us and ignored us. We finally walked to a salesman at his desk and asked if someone could minutes without even getting acknowledged. People walked by us and ignored us. We finally walked to a salesman at his desk and asked if someone could help us. He said he could in a very rude way like we were bothering him. We told him what we were looking for and he took us out to where some cars where and he talked to us leaning on a car and you could tell he had no interest in talking to us. I looked my wife and said that we had to go to an appointment just to make an excuse to get out of there. My wife was in agreement and we could not leave fast enough and the salesman had to interest to talk to us either. We were serious buyers and we ended buying a Hyundai at another dealership same day. It was a very disappointing experience to say the least. I had heard good things about the dealership and i was let down. More

first of all i just wanna say to everyone stay away from lia hyundai of hartford me and my wife had a bad expirience with them i would never recomend that dealer to my worst enemy if i had one.Anyways key h lia hyundai of hartford me and my wife had a bad expirience with them i would never recomend that dealer to my worst enemy if i had one.Anyways key hyundai of manchester is a very friendly dealer they really make you feel like family and care to your needs they would help you to the fullest extent and the best thing is you dont need a down payment right away they have a program that u can pay the down payment the lowest $1100 and you got a month to pay it and if you need more time just let them know they are awsome this dealer is an equivalent to a five star anything....lol More
