I have been a customer of Key Hyundai for over 12 years, and I have always had some sort of slip up or the dealer made me uncomfortable, I couldn't get the sale I wanted. Etc. Jose was genuine from the second I walked in, and made it a goal to get me into the exact car I wanted and on the terms I wanted too! This is my first solo car loan, so this is emotional me too! Jose was funny, helpful and understanding, and I would recommend him HIGHLY to anyone looking for a new or used car. I had so many questions and he answered all of them with expertise, and I must also say how impressed I was that he wore his mask properly the entire time. He even helped me move my belongings to my car!! Thank you x 4000! More

I have owed a Electra I’m the past and have loved it. I walked in with of list of things that I needed in a car and only got one of four. Seth was extremely nice and made you feel like a like your talking walked in with of list of things that I needed in a car and only got one of four. Seth was extremely nice and made you feel like a like your talking to a friend but that’s how he gets you. He talked me into getting a car I was on the fence about telling me lies for a sale. I was so upset I went back to talk with a manager and they shrugged me off telling me even though Seth lied to me about a few things that it wasn’t Hyundai responsibility. Seth promised that the car had a car started which come to find out it did but I have to pay for it monthly. Then the manager suggested I go through them to pay for one which was higher then going to the local auto shop. We went back and forward and they agreed to give me $175 towards a $300 starter. I told management I think it’s there responsibility to pay in full and his answer was wrong don’t have to give you any money for it so take what we are giving you.” Seth also gave me other directions about plates etc that were not true as well. He cared more about the sale then he did about the buyer. Another issue I had was the the atmosphere is intimating. You walk in and a line of guys all sitting above you just stare while you wait for a sales guy. It made me extremely uncomfortable. These are just a few of the many things that made me comfortable and upset with my whole car buying experience. I won’t go back. More
