A great car purchase experience Originally I wasn't planning to purchase a new car, until my vehicle presented it self with problems. My wife, suggested we give Steve a call at Kia H Originally I wasn't planning to purchase a new car, until my vehicle presented it self with problems. My wife, suggested we give Steve a call at Kia Hyundai. This call was made direct to the dealer, and we were told that Steve had the day off and would leave him the message. Shortly after calling the dealership, on that same day Steve gave us a call and asked if we were ok. I explained to him my car situation and we set up a appointment to look at cars for the next business day. We looked at other options and Steve was able to give us a great rebate deal on the 2017 Sonata. More

Shady dealership Credit manager dishonest charged me for something I clearly declined. Wasn't given any of the rebates offered on the vehicle. Satisfied but not satisfied I'm happy that I got a new car with a warranty that will come in handy but I'm not happy with the exact car that I got. There are a lot more scratches I'm happy that I got a new car with a warranty that will come in handy but I'm not happy with the exact car that I got. There are a lot more scratches on it than I noticed the first time. I drove off the lot with the tire pressure light on which is something that should have been checked and turned off before I even got the car. I did mention it when we did the test drive and I thought it would have been taken care of before I left but when we drove off it was still on. My wonderful salesperson Jeremy followed me to the gas station to add air to my tires in an attempt to remedy the situation but it never came off. It's been 6 days so now I have to go in tomorrow to get it taken care of. Then I was told that that particular vehicle was the only one on the whole lot that I could buy which is absolutely hard to believe especially since they have two locations. I didn't want a car with a light interior ( we have two messy boys) but according to the money guy (not my solution provider) that was my only option. I didn't like feeling like I didn't have a choice in the matter. So six days into my new car I still don't have that "happy feeling" about my new car. The plus is that it has 150,000 mile power train warranty. More
