Naturally, when it came time to upgrade to an SUV, Hyundai was my first choice! We dealt with Jesse Santana, who was professional, personable, and very informed. We had a wonderful experience doing what can usually be described as exhausting and negative... buying a car. We thank you very much, and will continue to provide Hyundai with our business for service and any cars we may need in the future! More
Sales/Service Reps I had my first required maintenance oil change today. The Dustin Maynard and his Service Staff were outstanding. They were very friendly and enlighten I had my first required maintenance oil change today. The Dustin Maynard and his Service Staff were outstanding. They were very friendly and enlightened me as to my service plan, how long the oil change and car wash would take etc. And, informed me that my (smaller than former vehicle) gas tank had a good 'reserve'. While I was waiting, Jesse Santana chatted small talk with me. He was just as friendly today as he was when I purchased my car from another Sales Rep (who is no longer there). I'd asked if the car wash might possibly include a carpet vacuuming, since a passenger (bad story) sat on an open bag of chips that caused the chip crumbs to scatter throughout the front carpets when she pulled the bag from her seat. I then attempted to put them into my trash bin on the back seat floor, and the bin tipped over and spread the crumbs yet further. Jesse made this happen! I stopped back later (after I gassed up) to chat with Dustin and Jesse -- advising that I set my fear (of running out of gas) at ease. Of course, there was a large amount of praying and pleading with my Hyundai as I actually drove 20 miles once the gas light came on, before getting to a specific gas station to get $ .50/gallon reduced price. When all service issues were over, I had my oil change key fob 'punched' at that time also. I told Jesse that I appreciated his friendliness and steady demeanor, in comparison to the attitude of my original Sales Rep, and that I would return to him for future issues. I will also refer his name to friends/family that are interested in replacing their vehicles. We then noticed that I'd never returned the gas cap, because after filling tank, I had to go inside the gas station for refund and just hopped into driver's seat due to the lines of vehicles waiting to get into a pump lane. Thanks so much Jesse and Dustin, it was such a pleasurable day ! More

Excellent service at Key Hyundai of Manchester I came into Key Hyundai, mainly to see what my options were for trading in my car. I ended up test driving a new Elantra, as I was also interested in leasing a new vehicle. Joel was very nice, and knowledgeable about the car and helped me to get a good deal. I felt very comfortable with him, which has not always been my experience at dealerships. Even though I knew they were trying hard to get me to sign the deal, I felt they were making a really good effort to get me a deal that worked for me and my lifestyle- which I appreciated because other dealers have not been so helpful or caring. They ended up getting me what I think is a great deal especially considering everything I got. I was surprised they were able to get me to that price, and was appreciative of all the work they put in to get it down. It can be difficult to walk into a dealership as a woman. It's sad, but it's the truth. However at Key Hyundai I did not think they were trying to take advantage of me at all, nor did I feel they thought I didn't know what I was doing there. I love my new car, I think I got a great deal and they explained to me everything I needed to know about leasing a vehicle. The only thing is there were some scratches on the vehicle that I did not notice when I took the car home. It's not too big of a deal since I have an added warranty for that type of thing. They told me it's unlikely their service team wouldn't have seen it, however I know it wasn't any damage I caused. It would worry me without the added warranty or if I bought the vehicle. I would do a throurough check when you get a car, just to be sure. It was night time when I left so I didn't see it. Overall I would recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Hyundai. More

Love my new Hyundai Elantra thanks to Jesse S! I was searching around for a new Hyundai Elantra and ended up buying one from this dealership due pricing and the color I wanted being available.
