What fabulous car shopping experience!! First time ever trying to get a car with the hubby! Our representative was so sweet and funny. He made us feel really at home the whole time. He wasn't pushy or anything , he got us preapproved in minutes! He helped us pick the most reliable car for out lifestyle and even found us a much lower rate than anticipated. In the Finance office it was never explained to me that it was optional. The person (I am sorry, but I do not remember his name) showed me the different levels bronze - etc and indicated that I needed to pick one. I do not believe that he ever said I could opt out. It was not until I later when I read the sales agreement that I noticed that the GAP insurance said (optional) next to it. But, by then I had already signed all the paperwork and taken possession of the car. I just feel like they took advantage of me in that respect. When I did question one other thing during the signing process - the person in the finance office said - well the payments are what we told you so it is all good. I did feel pressure to sign quickly as it was after the dealership's closing time. No one actually said to me that I needed to hurry, but I personally felt badly for keeping them late. I do like Key Hyundai overall and will buy from them again. However, I will remember to keep a better eye out when I do the signing - no matter how excited I am to get a new car. More

Best Experience I came to Key Hyundai on Friday and asked about pricing and was assisted by Jose Muniz. He was very helpful. I came back the next day and continued to be assisted by Jose. I tried to be co signed but it didn't work for the vehicle I wanted. I came back again on Sunday and was helped again by Jose and the finance manager John Mirow and the sales manager Justin Hoopman. They helped me so much in getting in the car I wanted. I was so appreciative of their help and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

If 'mail with current address' really means 'preferably a recurring bank statement...that shows name of bank AND your address'...then state such. If 'bank statement' (copied/pasted/emailed) to you isn't sufficient, (but, then mysteriously vanished) then state exactly WHAT you want...(e-statement means nothing to me, as I prefer old-school paper copies). All is straightened out now, since I've dealt with the new (?finance manager?) from Milford. All other employees were very friendly during my business with Key Hyundai. I can't yet rate 'service dept/quality of work' as I have not dealt with these depts, as I have to listen to voice messages again, to arrange for the paint kit...as there are 2 chips of paint on the hinged area of hood and top of fender. All in all, the experience was good. More
