This was my second purchase from Key Hyundai of Manchester and I can honestly say it was one of the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Don was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, straight-forward, and customer-friendly. He was very easy to talk with and he explained all my options in details which gave me a good feeling of not hesitating in making my purchase. He took the time to listen to my concerns, which was mainly a budget I wanted to stick with and what my options were in trading in my 2010 Hyndai Elantra. He was not pushy or overbearing, and I felt no pressure in anyway. I gave him an idea of what kind of car I was looking to trade my car for and he showed several cars which I could choose from which would best suit my needs. He went over the prices for the cars, and to see which car would fit within my budget. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns I had and made sure that I understood all that he discussed with me. He made the experience of purchasing a car very easy. After leaving to return within a week I had no doubt in my mind in making my final decision in purchasing the car. During the transaction, Don went over every detail about the car, such as my loan, my payments, and most importantly maintenance. He allowed me to ask him as many questions or concerns that I had and made me feel comfortable while closing the deal. After the deal was closed he followed up with me in a couple of days to see how I liked my new car and if I had any additional questions or concerns. He even made sure that my first service appointment is schedule which no other sales consultant had one before. Being a female, sometimes we tend to forget that certain maintenance needs to be done to keep the car running properly therefore with him explaining all that I had a lot of confident in making my decision in purchasing my 2013 Elantra. Key Hyundai of Manchester and Don Jones have greatly exceeded my expectations in making my decision. I would definetely recommend this dealer as well as Don to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. After a very stress full day of car problems and the decision to look for a new car, Johnathan was a breath of fresh air in the stress-full process we had ahead of ourselves. Having two toddlers in tow while looking for a used car he was more than patient with us as he had to continue to pause so we could help a crying/ UN happy child. This made the long process so much easier knowing that he was not bothered by our children being with us. He worked diligently with the financial advisors to get us approved with a loan, while offering us the perfect car for our growing family. We are happier and more comfortable with our new vehicle than we could have ever imagined! Don is my sales consultant of choice, he gave me his honest opinion, didn't steer me in a wrong direction just to make a sale, and was more than informative when it came to the car I was interested and whether buying or leasing would be a better option and the perils of the two. I went to your dealer ship today I manchester. I had a 2 o'clock appointment but showed up earlier. I walked around the lot for 30 min and was ignored and left. After doing the paperwork and waiting I was offered a test drive in a white accent hatchback. Before I got into the car I said I did not like the car or the color. I also asked how much the car cost and the sales person said he didn't know. Really? I drove the car. Didn't like it. Finally I get some numbers for the car I test drove and didn't like. A 400 dollar a month payment. The car costs 12500 which is not what I told them what I wanted to spend. I ask if there are any other cars for cheaper and was told I would not like those as well. Just wanted to let u know about my less then fun experience. I'll tell my friends I'll be going back to carmax. I've purchesed my last 4 cars there without an issue. I heard u on the radio and feel for it. More
Key of Manchester was the best overall experience compared to the 6 other local dealerships I considered buying my new commuter car from. As a competitive shopper, I was interested in finding a 4 do compared to the 6 other local dealerships I considered buying my new commuter car from. As a competitive shopper, I was interested in finding a 4 door sedan within a set price limit and only this dealership respected that. I feel that I found a perfect match for overall mpg, quality engineering, and an awesome warranty. I was happy that I could take the Elantra for a day to test drive and there was no surprise charges when I went to sign. I want to thank my sales person for working around my schedule and doing such a great job showing me how to navigate the hands free and sirus radio system. I believe I will truly be driving "worry free" for the life of this car and will grow to have loyalty to the Hyundai brand. If you value the time you have to car shop....GO HERE FIRST, BECAUSE IT WILL BE YOUR LAST STOP!!! -EM More

Had a great experience at this dealership. I hate buying cars because the people are always really pushy but my sales guy John Mirow was very good. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and helped me nar cars because the people are always really pushy but my sales guy John Mirow was very good.
