From the moment I walked in Angela was so friendly and helpful, she didn't leave not one detail out! Even after the sale when I returned with a question, she was absolutely wonderful. He asked questions about what I would like in a car and truly listed to my answers. He also took the time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed or pressured. After we talked, he said that he would be back with what he thought would be the perfect car for me - and he did pick a winner! It had all of the features which we had discussed (except a moon roof which was later installed). The price and monthly payment was in line with what we had discussed. I purchased the car that same day and am thrilled. The whole process from start to finish was positive. I look forward to being a customer of Key Hyundai for years to come. My sales person, Matt Louis, was polite, knowledgeable, friendly and very interested in my "must have's", as well as the budget I was working with. In less than an hour Matt found the car I wanted, with more options than I thought were possible and came in below budget. The buying experience was fantastic. I picked up my car a few days later and worked with Angela Bailen because Matt was out of the office. Angela stepped right up where Matt left off with exceptional customer service. Like Matt, Angela is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the car I bought. She took her time explaining all the functionality of the 'bells and whistles' and made sure I understood the fantastic options in my car. I went back to the dealership the next day because I had left items in the glove box of my trade-in and Angela sat with me again, to review my hyundai account to verify that the bluelink option was activated.
