We have been working with Key to get an affordable car with car payments. The previous car we bought from a previous dealer (make and pa) ended up being a lemon. The first day we entered Key Hyundai we were greeted by Josh, who took care of all the basics for us and got us into a car we thought we wouldn't be able to afford. Josh sat with us the entire time we were there waiting for all the paperwork to be completed. That was over five hours. He made us feel like home. After all the paperwork was done we noticed some mistakes. Well it want long until we heard from R.W. and that he and John, finance manager stepped in to clear the problem. I will admit that I was getting frustrated with all that was happening, but in the end the entire staff made sure we ended up where we needed to be ... in the car. They stepped up to the plate for us and its very much appreciated. Not to mention we also have a new lower car payment than the first Thank you to all the staff!
