My wife and I just bought a new Tucson from Key Hyundai of Manchester. This is our first Hyundai, and we are very happy with the car. Don Jones was our salesman, and he was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable about our car as well as its competition. After a week of looking a new cars, we stopped in at Key. I wish we had started there. Don made this an easy decision. In addition, we know we will have a great experience throughout the years having this vehicle serviced with Key. Their service and warranty exceeds the very generous manufacturer warranty that comes with every Hyundai. Don clearly explained exactly how much servicing the car with Key would cost over the years. Overall, we found the staff at Key to be courteous, respectful and professional. There was no unnecessary pressure to buy. They knew they were selling the best vehicle and service at the best price. I would definitely return there in a couple of years when it's time to replace our other car. We are happy customers and thrilled to driving our beautiful and fun new Tucson! More

My husband and I were very impressed with the overall experience with Key Hyundai. We stopped in on a Sunday to look at a used truck I saw on-line. Ketsana greeted us at the door and invited us in. We asked to look at the truck and Ketsana brought us right out to take a test drive. I was happy to see that the recent trade was in excellent condition, however I did not buy the truck that day. Ketsana gave me his business card and told me to call anytime with questions. I called in the middle of the week to see if truck was still available, it was. I was pleasantly surprised to learn I could bring the truck to my mechanic which to me is a great service. I meet with Frank and Ketsana a few days later to go over my purchase of the truck and two days later I was driving it home! More
