It all started when I took my 2011 sonata in for an oil change. My leae was coming up in Dec. and I decided to take a walk into the showroom as I waited for my car. It was a little early, but Bob Dimanno was in the show room and I mentioned my lease coming due. We had a conversation about it and, from the get-go, I was totally at ease with his demeanor. He listened intently as I mentioned my thoughts about lowering a car payment, when the time was right. I was very comfortable..and I am not usually! I was shown various cars, talked about numbers , and he promised to put some things together and be in touch. I left. Within 24 hours, I had some numbers and made an appt to test drive some other cars. At my appointment, he took a lot of time with each car...I never felt rushed. In the end, I was shown a car that had just arrived that day...He had understood me..and I signed the papers for a 2013 coupe. It was perfect! I picked up the car a few days later..and..although I was not purchasing the "million dollar' car, everyone there made me feel like I did! More

My wife and I went to Key Hyundai of Manchester to look into leasing a new car. We dealt with JD Dagda. He made the whole experience great! I drove down from Belchertown Ma. today to get out of a car I was upside down in. I also was having the issue of not to good credit. I called first and was assured that it would be worth the trip. It did take some time to hash out all the details and Joey was great through out the entire process. They took my trade that I was 5200.00 upside down in, put me in a 2012 Sonata and made me VERY HAPPY with much less down than I was prepaired to pay! Thank you Joey!! More

The service and professionalism exhibited by JD Dagda and the staff at Key Hyundai was exemplary. JD was the exact sort of salesman I was looking for: knowledable, patient, understanding, and not the least b the staff at Key Hyundai was exemplary. I walked in to the dealership not even knowing if I was going to be able to purchase a car but JD, along with sales manager Joe Cardella, helped me to find something that was in my price range and comfort zone. From beginning to end my experience at Key Hyundai was both easy and hassle free. I'd definitely recommend purchasing a car from these guys. More

I am a repeat customer of Key Hyundai of Manchester since this dealership has proved to be a top-notch establishment. On my recent visit I was warmly greeted by Ketsana Syharat. I explained what I was lookin this dealership has proved to be a top-notch establishment. On my recent visit I was warmly greeted by Ketsana Syharat. I explained what I was looking for and Ketsana showed me around the lot. I was interested in either the Elantra or the Sonata. Ketsana explained in detail all the features of the vehicles and then I decided to test drive both models. The paperwork was processed quickly and efficiently and we went for 2 rides that morning. Ketsana was very knowledgeable and professional, I could not have asked for a nicer Sales Consultant. Ketsana also gave me a tour of the brand new building which is really beautiful and has all the latest technology. My last vehicle was a Tucson and I had all my services performed at Key in Manchester and I will continue to do so with my new vehicle. I love the convenience of purchasing and servicing my vehicles with the same dealership. My overall experience with Key Hyundai and Ketsana was great! I am happy to report I picked up my new 2013 Elantra on 7/6/12. More

I went into the dealership knowing what vehicle I wanted as I researched the car. I sat down with JD and was very pleased that he did not pressure me or try to sell me something I did not want. I told him w as I researched the car. I sat down with JD and was very pleased that he did not pressure me or try to sell me something I did not want. I told him what I wanted, the number I was comfortable paying and what I had to offer by way of down payment. I mentioned to JD that I was weary of the car buying experience and defined it as unpleasant in the past. He assured me that this would not be the case when purchasing from Key Hyundai. He worked out the numbers and got me into a new vehicle with no pressure and no stress. I was pleased with his personality and found him to be very friendly and not the "fake care salesman" friendly. Buying my new vehicle was surprisingly a very pleasnt experience thanks to JD. He did all the work and explained everything as we went. He had an answer for every question I had, and I had plenty. In the future, thanks to my recent experience, I will recommend Key Hyundai of Manchester and will purchase from this dealership in the future. More

Bought a Hyundai Santa Fe 9 years ago was the best car I ever had, had to do regular services to it and gave me almost 237000. Miles, I'm hoping my new 2013 Hyundai Elantra does the same for me.
