I was in the process of buying my first car and I was back and forth about where I wanted to go to purchase my car. Bob was actually the reason why I came back that follow week to Key Hyundai. JD greated us as we entered the lot and allowed us to walk around, always within site to answer our questions, but not too close to impose upon our privacy. We appreciated that. He answered all of my questions and when I asked about viewing the engine compartment he said that he is not that knowledgable about the engine, but he would find someone to answer any questions I had that he could not answer. When my wife and I arrived at Key Hyundai of Manchester on Sunday June 3, we were warmley greeted by Ketsana Syharat. He asked what type of Hyundai we were interested in. We said we wanted to look at the on Sunday June 3, we were warmley greeted by Ketsana Syharat. He asked what type of Hyundai we were interested in. We said we wanted to look at the Hyundai Elantra. Ketsana promptly took us to the location where the Elantras were parked and proceeded to explain all the advantages of owning a Hyundai and the many features that come standard on the Elantra. After about 10 minutes, Ketsana asked us if we wanted to take it out for a test ride. We said yes so he quickly completed the required paper work and returned with the key and we were off. I drove and found the Elantra GLS interior spacious and nicely equipped. As we drove, Ketsana explained what the various buttons and knobs did and how to operate them. When we returned to the showroom parking lot, he suggested we test drive a Sonata to see if we might be interested in getting one instead of the Elantra. We agreed so Ketsana went and got the keys to a Sonata and we went for a ride to compare the two automoblies. When we returned, we went into the showroom and compared the features of the two cars with Ketsana patiently answering all our questions about the two cars. We have owned a couple of Honda Accords since 1994 so we were not that familiar with the Hyundai brand of automobile or with Key Hyundai. Ketsana provided a lot of good information about Key Hyundai, its service department, maintenance program and Hyundai cars that gave us confidence and assured us that we would not be disappointed if we elected to do business with Key Hyundai. We decieded to go with the Elantra and left that Sunday to go home and think over what color and options we would like to have. We agreed to return on Monday evening after work and bring the car we wanted to trade. When we arrived Ketsana greeted us at the door and showed us to a table where we could talk about our decision on the car. He was very helpfull and genuinely interested in our purchasing a new Elantra so within an hour we came to a agreement on price. That evening (6/4) we were told it might take up to 2 weeks before our car would arrive and that was acceptable to us. However the car arrived on June 6 and we picked it up on 6/8. The night we picked up the car we met with Joe Cardella the sales manager. Joe professionally walked us through the paper work explaining in detail the purpose of each piece of paper we were about to sign. Working with Ketsana and Joe made buying a new Hyundai a great experience. More

I would recommend this dealership because of the dedication and determination Ketsana showed me in helping me find a car that I was happy with. I really loved driving it too. * When the money just didn't work out right he didn't want to give up. He wanted to find a way to make something work. * We looked at other used vehicles and did not pressure me to even drive a vehicle that I was not comfortable with. * He did not pretend to be an expert on a non-hyundai car. * He made me feel very comfortable during my test drives, was very patient and was fun to talk with. He wasn't a typical boring sales person. He did let me vent and talk about my kids. * He allowed my down payment to come from 2 different paychecks which allowed me to put more down. No one ever suggested that to be before. * He spent his whole afternoon with me, my tears and all, to make sure I left with a vehicle that I was happy with. Plus he stayed late so I could run around and take it home that day to surprise my boys. I have already shared Ketsana's name and this experience with several friends because I really drove away feeling cared about. Honda who used the words 'since you've been a long time loyal honda customer' ...really let me down and certainly does not care about me at all. Ketsana even called me the next day just to see how I was doing. I will definitely come back to this dealership when looking for another vehicle and refer others.
