Went in and spoke with Jeff and Jill Merriam, owners of key haundai, this was our 4th car we purchased from them. They were amazing in helping us get the payment we needed and the car we wanted. From the beginning to the end the process was easy, friendly, professinal, we were treated unlike any car dealer we had ever been to. Everyone we encounted was very friendly, kind, and did everything they could to make this a great experience. We did have a bump in the road in the past, but what we have learned is that Jill is there to make it right if something goes wrong or a mistake is made. All you have to do is call and ask for her and she is willing to sit down and listen to what you have to say. and make it right. How many can say that about any other car dealer? To sit down with the owner of the dealership, after 25 years of buying cars, i have never encountered this. In search of a vehicle for my 22 yo daughter. Fairly sure I would need to co-sign. Bob Draeger listened to my daughter's requirements. The final deal was just what she needed: a gently used Nissan Versa that will be great for her budget. Jonathan was also very pleasant to deal with for the finalization of the sale. At no time did we feel uncomfortable or pressured. My daughter was the center of their attention as the customer. I also noted "Ben" while at the dealership over two days time. He was always engaged in some form of work keeping the dealership in top visible shape. He never walked past a piece of paper on the ground without picking it up and insured that the trash was in order. I also noted his car with several cars as he assisted the salesmen. The entire team is to be commended on their service excellence and accountability. Two of the top core values for my place of business also and a pleasure to note in other businesses. More
