Joey was wonderful. He answered every single question intelligently and when he didn't know the answer off-hand, he found it. He was very patient. I am a repeat customer of Key Hyundai of Manchester because of the friendly service I am provided with. I visited the dealership in August 2011 looking for a quality used car. Salesperson Gene Laygo greeted us warmly, though it was a rainy day. He listened to what I was looking for and cheerfully pointed out several vehicles that could meet my needs. I very much appreciated Gene's honesty and friendliness. He encouraged me to take a test drive and answered all my questions to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. The process was relatively quick and painless, and the dealership worked with me to meet the needs of my budget. After my purchase, I called the dealership with several additional questions. Gene took the time to answer them, and Chris from the service department provided additional reassurance. I was very pleased with the friendly service I have received from Gene and everyone else at Key Hyundai of Manchester. ----- There was one item I was extremely displeased about, however. There is a $200 "optional" VIN etching service provided by the dealership, through which the VIN is laser-engraved into every pane of glass on the vehicle. It turned out that this fee is applied regardless of the customer's preference, making it not "optional" at all. Worse yet, this fee is not disclosed until the payment takes place. For those customers to whom $200 makes a big difference, this is EXTREMELY upsetting. More
The interest rate I received is deplorable, but given my recent credit history, probably not the dealer's fault. I will, however, be seeking to re-finance this vehicle ASAP. my wife and i were looking for a car. Then on the way home we passed key hyundai in vernon. We met with Bob and told him our credit sucks we can afford this amount can you help us. Bob said with a smile Yes we have plans for anybody. To make it short We got a 2006 vechile with 33,000 and an 8.59% rate. I highly recommend those guys for anybody with good or bad credit. There friendly, helpfull and will do what they can to help you and put you in a quality car. More
I liked working with Justin who was very nice, polite, not pushy, answered any questions that I had and very patiently went over the car with me. You're lucky to have him! Others in the office came up and introduced themselves and were polite and friendly. I didn't leave feeling like I had been taken. I do think that I might have done a little better in price had I been more persistent and better prepared (however, I honestly didn't think the dealership was open on Sunday so wasn't as prepared as I hoped to be). I was not pressured into buying anyway and I'm okay with the deal I received. One thing I am curious about - The day I picked the car up was the start of a rebate program and I was able to get free Simonizing. I don't think it would have been fair to the customer to pick up their cars the day before and not receive the same option. Maybe the policy is to offer it to buyers within a few days of the purchase but if not, I would hope that would be something that changes. More
I came into key hyundai thinking it was going to be like all the other dealerships i have been to in the past, I was prepared to have to fight my way to a good price, i was so pleasantly surprised when I wa all the other dealerships i have been to in the past, I was prepared to have to fight my way to a good price, i was so pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by my salesmen Zack, He was very polite and seemed concerned about my needs and not just about selling a car. I was offered a fair price on my trade in right off the bat and also on the used accent I Was looking at. I was then introduce to Sal(finance manager) who took great care of me and helped make it a quick and easy process, overall I had a great experience and would recommend anyone to come visit Key. More
I arrived at Key with little thought of purchasing a car, just window shopping due to hearing about their great deals from commercials.
