Timing wasn't the greatest but the sale person was fantastic When I started researching electric vehicles, Ed Douton understood and made contact once after our initial visit. When I returned on my own in March to test drive a Kona, Ed was enthusiastic, patient, and funny. He didn't pressure me. When the Kona EV arrived, we did more test driving and lots of talking. There was some confusion wen the car I ordered was to be delivered from another dealership and I wish we had just put it off a couple days until the car arrived, fully charged. I was under the weather and dealing with the money side was torturous. Plus the car wasn't fully charged. When it was charged the next day, Ed drove it to my house and we went over everything in detail. And he's been wonderful about answering my questions still. I went with the Kona EV because it was available to test drive, comfortable, and is a nice looking car. More
