Key Hyundai of Milford

I had a very difficult time with this dealership. I made an appointment to have my vehicle inspected for two different issues. The first issue was the muffler and the second was a noise coming from t I made an appointment to have my vehicle inspected for two different issues. The first issue was the muffler and the second was a noise coming from the passengers side. I was informed an hour later that the piece needed to be ordered for the first issue. The second issue of the passenger side noise was ignored. A few weeks went by and I had to call them to check if the part had arrived and I was told that the part was in and that they were trying to contact me. I brought my vehicle in for service and again I mentioned the noise coming from the passenger side and again it was ignored . After 3 days went by I was trying to get in touch with anyone including the name and number I was given to contact someone if I had any questions and I could not get in touch with anyone. When I arrived just because it had been three days to pick up my vehicle. No one knew what was going on or where my vehicle was. When my vehicle was finally found it had snow all piled on it and I had to clean it off myself 🤣😡. But yet the sales guy said to come see him in the fall so I can trade my vehicle in 🤣ok I wish I can give it back and have nothing to do with this dealership. NEVER AGAIN. More

Brought in a car that was sold to us for repair. The tire fell off when driving. Went in for scheduled recall service, after waiting an hour and a half, they came and told me they did not have the part.
