New SUV purchase I buy cars once every 10-15 years so it has been a while since my last purchase (2003); I bought a GMC Envoy from a dealership in Bristol CT. Knowing I buy cars once every 10-15 years so it has been a while since my last purchase (2003); I bought a GMC Envoy from a dealership in Bristol CT. Knowing I needed a car/truck, I was concerned about the whole car-buying experience and was pleasantly surprised when I went to Key Hyundai in Milford CT. I spoke with Crystal Noga, she was very helpful by giving me dates and times that fit my schedule; followed-up with me with reminders of my appointment. I met with Alan Rudman, the man who made this all happen; it was very easy to work/talk with him. I wanted a sales person with a no-nonsense attitude; didn't want the hype, only the facts. After working with Alan I did not go to any other dealership and made my decision to buy. I will recommend Key Hyundai of Milford & Alan to all my friends and family!! His continuos smiles and active listening was so warm and refreshing. There was no sales pushing attitude at all! He listened to my concerns about price, safety and budget. Sam introduced me to a remarkable Sales Manager Scott. Scott observed how excited I was to see my beautiful SUV, and worked with me regardless of the many factors that was against me. Scott assured me that his team will make it work, so I could drive in the vehicle that I wanted. He was right, he figured out away to make this deal be possible for me and my family, though the process he informed me each step that was taken. In the end, I had the pleasure to meet Firas, the Finance Manager who took the time to make sure I understood everything that was on my contract. I felt the connection of being apart of their family. The overall team was great ! My children connected with one of their Greeter/ Receptionist Natasha. She entertained them and made them feel so comfortable. From me and my family love to all team members!! This is a place that must be visited If you want that relax family style car buying experience. More
