Customer Centered Dealership with Excellent Service. Dan Vargas, shepherded me through the whole sales process from beginning to end with his excellent knowledge about the models in which I was intereste Dan Vargas, shepherded me through the whole sales process from beginning to end with his excellent knowledge about the models in which I was interested, without pressure and with kindness. Even though it took me awhile to make the right choice, he never rushed me and let me have the time needed to make my decision. I can honestly say that you will be an extremely happy customer if you seek out Dan as your sales person! I would also like to say that both Scott and Firas, who were on the financial end of the transaction, had it so streamlined and were so accommodating it made the purchase an easy process. Definitely a 2-Thumbs Up Experience - Highly Recommend!! I walked in off the street just looking for Tuscon information and Stephanie was working with a customer but took the time to get me a brochure and an I walked in off the street just looking for Tuscon information and Stephanie was working with a customer but took the time to get me a brochure and answer a few questions for me before heading back to her client. No pressure or asking me for any contact info. I took her card and said this is a representative I can work with. When I was ready to move forward I reached out and Stephanie had the car I wanted to test drive ready to go before I got there. I wanted to learn more about another model and she found exactly what I wanted and we took that one for a ride too. Purchasing process was great and she got me a great deal and we had a few laughs in the process. Stephanie is very knowledgeable about the vehicles she sells and values her customers time too. I usually do not buy brand new cars and Stephanie made it a great experience and I would definitely recommend working with Stephanie and the team at Key. More
