A little too busy to focus or care about the experience of any one person. The people were very nice, but the number of sales/day was clearly more important than the quality of the sales. I bought a car because I was tired of shopping around and am an established Hyundai customer - I like their cars, but I think the process would've been easier and could've taken a significantly shorter amount of time at any other Hyundai dealership. This dealership needs to double its staff because it takes less time to close on a house than it does to buy a car here. More
