However, when I expressed m In the past, I have avoided dealerships since the buyer is usually pressured into buying “today” for unlimited reasons. However, when I expressed my interests in a Hyundai, I had two recommendations to deal specifically with Alan Rudman at Key Hyundai of Milford. At first meeting Alan, I informed him of my interests, concerns and we found a car out on the lot that was more than I expected. After a short test drive, I wanted that car and it had more than I dreamed of. Alan managed to inform me of all the advantages, perks, roadside assistance, service checks and warranty that came with buying the car. My last concern was making it affordable. Last and certainly not least, he made the numbers work for me. While waiting for transition of paperwork, etc., he cordially offered me coffee and/or water while being sociable. Once the exchange of money, signing of paperwork and congratulations were in order, Mr. Rudman sat in the car with me to explain/show me how all the electronics and programming work. He went above and beyond the call of duty. In short, my experience was most pleasurable.
