outstanding performance of my salesman I had gotten approved from a dealership in Hamden CT , i was all set to pick up my truck on Saturday March 5th , But before i was going to venture out I had gotten approved from a dealership in Hamden CT , i was all set to pick up my truck on Saturday March 5th , But before i was going to venture out and give a dealership my business that was 45 min from my home I decided to venture into Key Hyundai of Milford CT that is only 10 minuets from my home and keep the business in the neighborhood and see if they could match or beat my existing deal.....As i pulled into their lot i came across a very helpful gentleman by the name of Maher Tinawi whom i found out 20 min later was going to be the dealer i was going to present this offer to...upon introducing ourselves i laid all my cards on the table at this point , what i was buying , how much i was putting down, and what i was trading in and even told him the price i was paying for the suv out the door.......upon careful scrutinizing of my demands and the fact i wanted to challenge him to make me buy a car from him instead he went off and started his journey, now to make a long story short he told me from the word go he would guarantee he could meet or beat the other deal and make my experience a good one and make me feel like family ... Well after a few hours of hurdles from my end HE DIT IT !!!!!!! he put us into a beautiful 1 owner honda crv with everything the other dealers was going to do for me and 100% more me and my wife and daughter could not believe how much Maher and the Key Hyundai crew had gone up and beyond the call of duty, i am a 55 yr old man and let me tell you one thing i was so happy with EVERYTHING i almost started crying when he handed me the keys , i tell ya if you ever need a car thats the place to get it from especially if you ever want a great experience these guys are awesome just like family,, especially Maher Tinawi he was the man ...this man deserves an award More

Horrible worst experience ever After having my front lower control arm fail due to a recall Larry Plunkett and Hyundai motor America assured me any damage would be repaired. They ha After having my front lower control arm fail due to a recall Larry Plunkett and Hyundai motor America assured me any damage would be repaired. They had the car first for 13 days and returned it without test driving it or tightening down the strut and with a broken windshield. Took the car an additional 28 days and have not stood by anything I was told along with the fact that they basically ignored Hyundai Motors instructions all together. Will be meeting with an attorney today. I have also filed complaints with the DMV FTC and Ct Attorney general. If your a woman and know anything about mechanics this is not the dealer for you as the only time anything was done was when I involved my husband. So if you want to be degraded and lied to by all means Key Hyundai is totally the dealer for you. Upon returning the car to me the second time it had clear body damage and in order to stop i have to pump my brakes and they again claim they are not liable or responsible. So i now have a car i cant drive and has been damaged further by them that i owned a total of three months prior to this having bought it with two small shopping cart dents in one door and low mileage and ran very well. Now they say they will buy it from me for 500 blue book is three times that.. really? To resell after you fix all the damage you did for five grand right. More
