NEVER AGAIN. I've been a loyal, regular customer of Key Hyundai of Milford for over a dozen years. They have been going down hill for years. Everyone good in the dealership is gradually being phased out. Once they get rid of Larry and Anaz they'll be useless. Used to have a nice quiet area for service customers, now you have to sit out on the sales floor so you can hear how management and sales talk bad about customers when they leave. The new guy in service wanted to take me for 150% more than my car was worth. Took him a full day of nothing being done to my car, (it literally sat on the lot for hours) to tell me the 'quote', as I sat there waiting. After waiting all day and receiving that quote, I figured maybe they should take the car and I'll get another. This sales guy had NO interest in showing me cars, wasn't listening and seemed to be showing me the worst used cars on the lot so I would leave. It worked, I left. Got the problem FIXED elsewhere for LESS than 1/20th what he quoted me. That's ONE TWENTIETH. I have since purchased a brand new car at a different manufacturer so there is no chance I'll ever end up here again. Yay! They rebuilt the entire dealership like a huge monument - but it's worse in every way for customers. Too bad. They used to be the best. More
