Everyone was so nice and helpful and Liz Tunstall was great! I went in on the last day of the year and they were so busy but still hoping to close early. Fourth Hyundai I have been a Hyundai driver for years, my first car was an Excel! I loved that little car and drove it until it died at over 200000 miles. Then I bou I have been a Hyundai driver for years, my first car was an Excel! I loved that little car and drove it until it died at over 200000 miles. Then I bought a Sonata; and OH WOW was I driving in heaven. My second Hyundai was in my hands for close to 150000 miles before I turned it in for an Ezera. Now that was not so easy because I was in love with that car, it went through a lot, I handed it over to my sister who continued to drive it before handing it over to my brother at over 200000 miles. He fixed it up for another couple of thousand miles before handing it over to his son, who I think is still driving it. My disappointment happened this year when my Ezera needed a transmission. Of course your service department is top notch and worked with me on it. But by the end of the year the engine light came on and I felt it was time my 2006 Hyundai Ezera with 140000 miles was done. I walked into the dealership with no money down, with only hopes and dreams of walking away with another Hyundai, because this was a terrible year, everything that could happen this year that was bad did happen, it started slowly, the washer and dryer went, then the stove died, then the refrigerator refused to get cold, the front step moved dangerously away from the house and needed to be replaced, and lastly the furnace died, and I needed to put in a driveway. All the money I had saved went with the replacements of items needed for me and my family to function. But 2015 was not finished with me yet, the engine light came on for my Ezera. I was out of money. When I walked into Key Hyundai, determined to buy a car with no money and only my history of good credit, you all worked with me. Saved my pride. I walked out with a smile on my face and a new car. Thanks to all of you who worked with me, I'm terrible at names and had to rely on my sister for most of the names. An Rob, who decided to not take his break and who help me with purchasing my car I can not thank him enough, for the time he spent with me as we decided on the car I wanted, for the phone calls to see if everything was going well after I bought it, to ensure that me and the car were still driving with out any problems.
