Awful My transaction took 5 hours. 5 hours! I was told the wrong information about the car I thought they were taking for a trade in (they did not). I wa My transaction took 5 hours. 5 hours! I was told I would receive monies owed to me a few days after my transaction (which was on a Saturday), this did not happened. Phone calls were never returned, I feel as though I was tricked into purchasing a car from Key Hyundai. More
