We went to Key Hyundai, Milford to buy a Sonata and they wanted us to opt for an optional “paint protection” plan and a “tire & wheel repair/replacement” plan for an extra $2,700. We declined both. Next, the sales manager told us that he was upping the sale price by $500 over MSRP because we didn’t opt for the optional plans. In addition, Key Hyundai would not accept cash because company policy was that only transactions that involved financing were accepted from out of state customers – this in spite of the fact that our check for the car would have been drawn on one of our accounts at Citizen’s Bank (who has a branch in Milford). So we made two trips (70 miles one way) to this dealer for nothing. More

I was in immediate need of a new Vehicle. I had a great recent experience renting a Hyundai Santa Fe while visiting in California so I chose to go to Key Hyundai. Andy Constinou came over to me and offered his help in reviewing my needs. We looked at the Santa Fe then he recommended the 2023 Tucson. It was perfect for my needs. Andy made the whole buying and financing process easy and I was able to pick up the vehicle 3 days later. Upon delivery he went over all of the features and helped me download the App on my phone as well to be able to remote lock, start and get info for the car. Andy treated me like a friend and I was pleased with his assistance. He also followed up with me to answer any questions I had. The dealership is well lit open and modern. all of the staff were helpful friendly and courteous when I had questions regarding financing and service etc. I had come to this dealership 3 years ago to inquire about vehicles and as treated very well at that time also.
