Dan was a Superior Sales Associate, a gentleman & not pushy Dan was a very nice Salesman, listened to all my needs he accommodated all of my Dad's questions and concerns with patience & respect. I wanted to dr Dan was a very nice Salesman, listened to all my needs he accommodated all of my Dad's questions and concerns with patience & respect. I wanted to drive both the Tuson & the Sante Fe and he made sure I knew the features and benefits of both. Also advise me of all my options and allowed me to make a decision with out feeling pressured. Came back today with my husband we drove both cars again and I realized there where some other features I really didn't want to live without. Dan managed to find me a vehicle that had those features, which I am so happy about, and so is my husband, because "happy wife = happy life"….Dan was very courteous and I would recommend him and Hyundai of Milford to my friends, word of mouth is very important. Can not wait to pick up my new car tomorrow, thanks Dan.:) Michele More

Good purchase experience, poor follow-up experience. My purchase experience was really good, however a problem I had three weeks later, in my opinion, could have been handled more professionally. I purchased two vehicles in eight weeks and called with an issue reqarding my tire. My car was three weeks old and upon washing it, i noticed a screw between the sidewall/tread. That I didn't lose air, that could have been in my tire since I left the dealership. NOT HAVING A SPARE (an add-on I think should have been offered to me for my second car in eight weeks) I called my salesman to see if he could help me out with a new tire. He basically refused, and told me I would have to pay $130 for a new tire!! $130 to replace a tire that didn't even have 1000 miles on it at the time, nor can he guarantee it wasn't damaged when I pulled out of your dirt driveway!! He accused me of telling him to go to the general manager and "TELL" him to give me a tire. I simply asked that he inquire about helping me out considering I went back to him for my second car. I didn't have to do that! I wasn't given my second car. I wasn't excused from paying for my first....the least that could have been done was to replace my tire. And possible offer me the add on. He actually said I could get the tire for $130. I thought it was a joke. Now, I scored the dealership high as well as the sale of my car since it was, but in light of this situation, I won't be back for another car, nor will I recommend Key Hyundai of Milford to anyone for a car. We then got down to business to see what financing options were available. Scott asked a lot of questions and was very thorough, we let him know we both have bad credit and don't really have much at all saved up. We've had tough times for a multitude of reasons and a car seemed out of our reach. Scott worked extremely hard to get us a deal that we could afford. Scott was honest with us, very knowledgeable and stayed with us throughout the process. He made the whole experience worth it and as I was getting emotional at the thought this would never happen and Scott gave us a miracle and we left the lot with a new used car. Scott and the team handled everything for us including registering the car & updating our insurance. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. Scott came out to the car to help me understand how it worked, made sure the detailing was done and the tank full. I am so grateful to Scott and Key Hyundai for making my dream come true. They really did all they could to get us into a car and I will highly recommend them to everyone. More

He took the time to explain to me the process of buying a car. He went over every feature of the car. He even set all my radio stations for me. And Rami in finance got me to a payment of my budget.
