My very first BRAND new car! Long story short, I had a bad start to my weekend (9/19/15) when I found out my 02 Ford Escape, yet again, let me down. NO WAY would I be able to aff Long story short, I had a bad start to my weekend (9/19/15) when I found out my 02 Ford Escape, yet again, let me down. NO WAY would I be able to afford the repairs this time. (est. $3,400). We were so desperate for a car for my 1 week year old job, that my husband was prepared to teach me the 'standard' driving method. I have heard many radio commercials for "The Dealer For the People." Ironically while my car was crapping out before my eyes. So Sunday, we went in not thinking we would get very far. Firas Samander was of AWESOME help! Key Hyundai tells you how it is, and will not sugarcoat the problem. This is my very first brand new car, 2016 Hyundai Elantra. I was not picky, but if I needed a loan, We would have only been able to get a brand new car. To reassure the bank loaners my car was safe and no future breakdowns. He explained every part of the buying process in a way that I could understand. Once that was almost complete I met with Manny to complete the finance paperwork. Manny also explained everything to me in a way that I could understand it all. Manny had excellent customer service skills, which is important to me. I am glad that I went to Key Hyundai.
