He explained every part of the buying process in a way that I could understand. Once that was almost complete I met with Manny to complete the finance paperwork. Manny also explained everything to me in a way that I could understand it all. Manny had excellent customer service skills, which is important to me. I am glad that I went to Key Hyundai. I will continue to come back to Key Hyundai to work with Firas and Manny, I will also recommended the company and both of them to my family and friends. More
