I wasn't sure what I wanted when I arrived, I looked around for a while and then I met Eli. Eli was very enthusiastic, very professional, very sincere and he went the extra mile to make sure he understood what I was looking for which was hard because I wasn't sure. He asked great questions, made great suggestions for things to consider and was very informative throughout this process. He spent the necessary time with me that I needed throughout this process and I never felt rushed. He was extremely patient with me and I truly appreciated that. He wasn't just selling me a car, he was selling me an experience. A good, happy experience both on the lot, throughout the sales process and a driving experience that I would ultimately enjoy. He presented me with multiple vehicle options but he understood that it was my choice. He wasn't pushy but he made good arguments for each vehicle option. The best part for me was knowing that Eli made sure I was leaving happy and confident in my choice.
