At no time did he try to "sell". In the middle of the afternoon, when my friend's blood sugar got low and she got cranky waiting for paperwork to get done, he drove us to a restaurant so she could get food in her stomach. Being a woman alone buying a car can sometimes make you feel like a target, or an easy mark, getting bullied into a decision, or being asked where yoiur husband was to make the final decision, but I never felt that way here. The finance end of it took some time because of some credit issues I'd had in the past, but Alan kept me up to date on everything that was going on until it was complete. The warranty is awesome and the perks of buying from Jill Merriam and servicing your car with them can't be beat. (they send you cookies which are freaking awesome too, it's a little thing but is a nice touch) Anyone looking for a Hyundai I would definitely recommend buying from Alan. More

When I came back I worked with Cisco (Francisco) and he was also very friendly and informative. He made me feel like we had been friends for years. He listened to all my concerns and never pressured me into buying a car. Once in the car, he explained all the features and listened to my mile long questions and always answered them with a smile. I am very happy with the purchase I made and the employees at Key Hyundai that made it possible. Nadine, the receptionist, was also very friendly and made me feel like I was at home. Greeting me with a warm smile and offering refreshments.
