In the middle of the afternoon, when my friend's blood sugar got low and she got cranky waiting for paperwork to get done, he drove us to a restaurant so she could get food in her stomach. Being a woman alone buying a car can sometimes make you feel like a target, or an easy mark, getting bullied into a decision, or being asked where yoiur husband was to make the final decision, but I never felt that way here. The finance end of it took some time because of some credit issues I'd had in the past, but Alan kept me up to date on everything that was going on until it was complete. The warranty is awesome and the perks of buying from Jill Merriam and servicing your car with them can't be beat. (they send you cookies which are freaking awesome too, it's a little thing but is a nice touch) Anyone looking for a Hyundai I would definitely recommend buying from Alan. More

When I came back I worked with Cisco (Francisco) and he was also very friendly and informative. He made me feel like we had been friends for years. He listened to all my concerns and never pressured me into buying a car. Once in the car, he explained all the features and listened to my mile long questions and always answered them with a smile. I am very happy with the purchase I made and the employees at Key Hyundai that made it possible. Nadine, the receptionist, was also very friendly and made me feel like I was at home. Greeting me with a warm smile and offering refreshments. Firas and the Team were Absolutely Awesome!!! Of course I was very skeptical. Many dealers will "say" they will work with you, but it is never the case. I walked into Key Hyundai and was immediately greeted and attended to by Anthony Walker who introduce me to Firas Samander. Firas was very attentive as I spoke about my situation and what I was able to work with. At no point did I feel like I was not being taken seriously. Firas was very professional and honest through the entire process. I was not able to leave with a vehicle the same evening, but Firas worked digently from the time I walked in until the time the car was delivered. Overall, it was a great exerience! I have already referred others to Key Hyundai and Firas! More

Finally got rid of my money pit! I had an amazing experience at Key Hyundai! I Finally got rid of a car that i loathed but thought i was stuck with, I traded it in for a 2015 Elantra I had an amazing experience at Key Hyundai! I Finally got rid of a car that i loathed but thought i was stuck with, I traded it in for a 2015 Elantra and it runs 100 times better than the other one did. I was not very optimistic going into the dealership because i was upside down in a loan with a car that kept breaking down, but Maher assured me that I should be able to get a better car. He was super nice and proffesional the whole time. I am greatful for my experience at this dealership and I would totally recomend it for anyone looking for a new car but that has problem situations with their old car. Thank you! More
