HAPPIEST CUSTOMER EVER A friend of mine recommended me go to Key Hyundai in Milford, CT and I was extremely hesitant, due to my credit score and seemingly bad luck. I was welcomed with so much kindness, motivation and inspiration. My salesman Michael Bennett encouraged me with positive words and thoughts and made me feel @ ease. He worked extremely hard, along with his associates to ensure I was approved for a new car. I didn't get to the dealership until 6:30 pm Wednesday evening, so there was not much time to work on the banks to try and ensure a loan that night. The store manager Anthony Walker was kind enough to give me a ride home that night instead of me taking 3 buses to get home, which was awesome. The next day, Not only did Mike call me on his day off to give me the good news, but came and picked me up personally from my job to bring me to the dealership to fill out and sign all the necessary paperwork. He made me feel like I was family. Waking up today and looking outside @ my BRAND NEW CAR was 1 of the most GREATEST & AMAZING FEELINGS EVER & I CANNOT THANK MICHAEL BENNETT, LAQUAN BUTLER, ANTHONY WALKER, BILLMARY AND ALL THE HYUNDAI ASSOCIATES FOR ALL THEIR HELP AND HARD WORK. The young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and addressed me immediatley. Then I was introduced to a gentleman who ask me a few questions and then immediately introduced to Daniel Vargas. Mr. Vargas was attentive to my specific needs and wants in a vehicle. He definitely is a man who portrayed a character of integrity. I highly recommend Key Hyundai in Milford and Daniel Vargas. had us fill contract out wrong im very upset about the fact that the finance manager had my co signer sign all the wrong spots were now it says on my paper work and registration tha im very upset about the fact that the finance manager had my co signer sign all the wrong spots were now it says on my paper work and registration that she is the buyer and im the co buyer when i was told and its supposed to be the other way around and when we went in there to fix that and the fact that i wanted my address on the registration Not my co signers and they didnt they refused to fix it which i was told by a outside source that they shouldve and on top of all that they told me it didnt make a difference on which name is what but thats another thing that i was told by a lawyor that it does infact matter More

Sitting Pretty! I had just come from a competitor, who was trying to push me into buying something I did not want. I went to Key-Milford thinking whats the use! I was greeted by Mike who listened, suggested, showed me around. gave me options. Made my experience very comfortable! We sat down, ran the paperwork & before I knew it I had my first Brand New Car. The Best I met Alan while visiting Hyundai dealers for a new car in 2010. My impression was that compared to the other dealer representatives I had met in the process, Alan was the easiest to communicate with, the most knowledgeable and most responsive to my questions. I leased a Sonata then and since have stayed in touch with whenever I had the car serviced at Key. While doing the same last month for my second car, I asked about the 2015 Sonata and agreed to return for a test drive. As always he had all the info I wanted concerning the technology upgrades. Alan found the car I wanted and took care of all the details of the transaction again. Key provided a great car with an attractive lease. I look forward to seeing Alan over the next few years while getting my car serviced at Key and getting ready for my next Sonata. Suggest all call on Alan for the best experience. More
