Excellent, Professional Service from Maher and staff! I contacted Key Hyundai via e-mail to inquire about getting a vehicle after going to many, many other dealerships who said they would be able to get m I contacted Key Hyundai via e-mail to inquire about getting a vehicle after going to many, many other dealerships who said they would be able to get me a loan although my credit was not good and I did not have a trade and had $1000 to put down. Those dealerships were not able to get me the loans ! They always came back to me and said I needed to put a lot more money down and they were older cars! I was contacted right away by Angela Bailen from key Hyundai she arranged for a time for me to come in and meet with Maher Tinawi. When I arrived he was waiting, took me in we went over everything. I told him what I wanted in my vehicle as well as what I did not want. I explained that I did not have good credit and was turned down by other dealers. Maher was very attentive, kind & understanding and assured me that I would be leaving that day with a new vehicle and much to my surprise I did! Thanks to everyone who made that happen for me! I feel like I was given another chance! Things happen in life that unfortunately put an impact on your finances and your not able to recover as quickly as you would like and there are few who are willing to put that trust in you and give you a chance, but Key Hyundai did that for me and I'm very thankful!
