I came in a bit uncertain about a Hyundai (long time Honda customer). And uncertain about Santa Fe v Tucson. Kurt spent some time explaining the differences - both in needs, price and how to get me where I wanted to be with the cost of a lease. As luck would have it, what I wanted in a vehicle was there on the lot with a Tucson Limited. Kurt made the process efficient and pleasant. I was surprised all could be done with paperwork to get me in the car by closing time. Kurt spent time showing me the ins and outs of the Tucson too. Really liked working with Kurt. I had gone to another Hyundai dealer and left feeling like the person didn't know their product. Kurt DEFINITELY knows his product. Rami also was super pleasant to work with. Efficient, organized and knowledgeable. Made me less anxious signing all that paperwork for a 3 year lease. More

Got the exact opposite of what I wanted. I was greated immediately and the staff was wonderful, they were all extremely nice and professional. However, I hate the car that I am now stuck with I was greated immediately and the staff was wonderful, they were all extremely nice and professional. However, I hate the car that I am now stuck with for seven years. My commute is long and the winters here are rough so I told the salesman I needed something good in the snow. That was my one and only requirement. My car, which I was promised had traction control and FWD is terrible in the snow and my 45 min commute to work turned into 1hr and 30 commute this winter. On top of that, when I went to refinance my loan to receive a better interest rate now that I have built credit, no one will do that for me since my car is only worth $14,000 but somehow they have me paying $20,000 for it. The salesman was not a "dealer for the people". He sold me a car just to sell me anything and now I am stuck with it for much longer than I want. I have yet to recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Not the typical pushy salesperson you sometimes expect when looking to buy a vehicle. I appreciate the laid back approach to sales and letting the car speak for itself. I didn't have much of a down payment but had my 10 year old Toyota as a trade in. I always expect to go in and negotiate, it's unrealistic to think you will get the best deal without negotiating a price. I explained what I can afford and what I expect for my trade in and they gave me a fair deal with low payments. Good job guys! More
