I really was not planning on buying a car that day. I really wasn't! I had been told to go to Key Hyundai and ask for Andre, one of the managers. He listened to my preferences and handed me over to I really wasn't! I had been told to go to Key Hyundai and ask for Andre, one of the managers. He listened to my preferences and handed me over to Dan Vargas. I had coincidentally already read favorable reviews of Mr. Vargas and they were all true. Mr. Vargas patiently showed me a vehicle like I had described, and I really liked it. We took a long test drive and I felt no pressure at all from him. Unfortunately, I could not meet their price offer. So they returned with another, and I just couldn't say no! Really. I could not find a reason not to invest in such a fair deal. A low mileage, barely used auto that I love. Mr. Vargas also had his insurance guy find me a rate cheaper than I was paying for my older car too! Honestly, they could not have made it easier for me to be a happy customer. I would easily recommend this dealership, and this salesman, Mr Dan Vargas. More

THANK YOU! I was in a serious accident where my 2012 Elantra rolled over. Long story short, the EMT workers had told me that the safety features played a part in I was in a serious accident where my 2012 Elantra rolled over. Long story short, the EMT workers had told me that the safety features played a part in saving my life. I knew right then that I had to use my insurance money to go get another one. I also wanted to express how grateful I was for the safety features so I called Key Hyundai to let them know not only how grateful I was but that I would be returning to purchase another car. I spoke with Krista who was extremely compassionate and said that Key Hyundai wanted to help in any way that they could. She put me in touch with Alan, who called me within hours to reach out and make sure that not only I was okay, but that I got what I wanted. I explained to him that I wanted a 2015 blue Elantra Limited, and when Key didn't have one, he assured me that he would find one. Well lo and behold, the net day he calls me saying that the exact car that I was looking for had arrived on a delivery truck. Between me not being injured in my accident and my dream car showing up, I have to say that miracles do happen. I went into the dealership the following day to complete paperwork and I was welcomed by so many other staff who remembered me from being a previous customer and wanted to make sure I was okay. It was so heartwarming to know that I was cared about and not just a number. Additionally, it took my insurance company longer than what they told me to get me my check for my total loss. Alan went above and beyond to make sure that MY car was reserved and that all paperwork was done. He assured me that the car was mine and wasn't going to be sold to another customer. What I went through was traumatic, and it was so helpful to have a great team of people at Key Hyundai who wanted to help me. Their compassion and service is amazing and I will not only be recommending them to everyone but will also be back for another car down the road when the time comes. THANK YOU ALAN AND KRISTA! More
