Had appointment 3 weeks ago to fix recall, but when I got there was told they didn’t have part. Got call a week ago from company that part was in, but when connected with Key to make appointment got answer m there was told they didn’t have part. Got call a week ago from company that part was in, but when connected with Key to make appointment got answer machine. Have called several times in past week, left several messages, spoke to 2 different people (1st told Courtney would call next day, then yesterday would call back within half hour & still no return call). Still haven’t been able to make appointment!! This is the 2nd car I’ve leased from them, but will never get another car from them again! I guess I’m going to have to go in person to dealership just to make appointment to bring my car back! Terrible service! More
