Second to None I went to Key Hyundai with one goal in mind; to quickly replace my car that broke down that morning. I was immediately approached by Mike and he let me explain my needs for a commuter vehicle. I told him I was looking for a Sonata, and what my minimum requirements were. He told me the dealership just got a brand new one in. I then told him that I may be interested in trading in one vehicle and purchasing a second, as long as the numbers worked. Before he even wanted to talk about vehicles, options, or go for a test drive, he wanted to run my loan application to see what I was approved for. I respected that he didn't want to waste my time if the deal was not possible from the start. Everything came back fine, and we went to work looking at vehicles. We settled on a Sonata and a Santa Fe Sport. The numbers didn't come in where I was hoping, but Mike made it work. He wasn't pushy in the slightest. He asked me once what I was looking for, I told him, and he got very close. Not once did I feel pressured, and he was able to answer all of my questions about both vehicles and the financing. If he was a typical "sales guy," I would have probably walked out. His very approachable personality and willingness to work with me and not pressure me into something got him two vehicles off the lot in one swoop. I'd welcome an opportunity to buy a car from Mike again. More

I went in searching for a 2014 model and left buying a 2015 elantra fully loaded for a great price and unbeatable warranty. Alex spoke with me about every detail with buying a car and kept me up to date on everything that will happen next. When we made a deal and he brought me the car he explained every option on the car and how it works and made sure I was completely satisfied with my new purchase and did not have anymore questions.
