He could have convinced her to buy a more experience car but he made sure the car was the right fit for her even though it was a less expensive car. He put the needs of the customer first instead of the commission. He took more time with us than most would have. Because of his compassion for the customer he has definitely created a repeat customer. In 2 years I myself will be looking for a new car and my first stop is Hyundai to see Dan. More

He finally got an approval for her and she drove off the lot the same day. He made sure we got in contact with an insurance agent and even helped us with making sure the first payment on the insurance was taken care because we didn't have the money. He is an amazing individual and deserves a recognition for his exceptional customer service. He should be the manager of his own dealership.
