Dan Vargas goes above and beyond, truly a solution provider! I needed a new car and had been to a handful of other dealerships but did not have a good experience nor find the right vehicle until I decided to co I needed a new car and had been to a handful of other dealerships but did not have a good experience nor find the right vehicle until I decided to come to Key Hyundai and met Dan Vargas. From the moment I walked in the door he took great care of me and showed me several options in my price range. This man has the patience of a saint and will do whatever it takes to find a solution, going above and beyond to take care of the customer. Dan has gone out of his way to pick me up at the train station and drop me off (twice!) before I purchased my car and he even called me on his personal cell on his day off to make sure I was properly taken care of and 100% satisfied. Even though the first vehicle I intended to purchase did not work out, Dan did not give up but in fact helped find me a replacement used vehicle that turned out even better than I expected and helped me to negotiate the best deal! At first I liked him because he was from NY but after this experience I truly respect him because he is a stand up guy who will go the distance not only to sell a car but to help get you back on track and moving up in life. My Husband and I were in a rut ...our car died on Sunday and we needed a new car ...he needed to get to work ...we needed a Vehicle ....we went to Ho My Husband and I were in a rut ...our car died on Sunday and we needed a new car ...he needed to get to work ...we needed a Vehicle ....we went to Honda in Watertown on Monday afternoon we met a guy standing outside his name was Chris he seemed nice ..we looked at some Suv 's we took one on a test drive came back talked a little filled out paperwork and then he took the paperwork to another guy who never even came over to see us at all ...then Chris came walking back over to us and said wow you guys don't have good credit rather loudly and rudely ...I didn't even notice if there were any other people in there or not ...actually I felt embarrassed to even look around at that point and he said ... WE CAN"T help you...he acted like we wasted his time ....we left there feeling really bad ...they made us feel like why did we even walk in their door... ... We went home and I looked on the internet... I seen Key Hyundai in Milford ...I've also heard their add on the radio ...no credit , Bad credit, no problem ..come on down we will help you ....so I wanted to see the cars they had listed on their site but first they asked for a little info ...which i filled out within 5 minutes I got a call ...a Very nice lady talked to me her name was Adriana she asked a few Questions I told her what had happened to us and she said why don't you guys come in and see us ...come down on Tuesday at 4:15 ...so at 4:15 we walked into Key Hyundai of Milford ...we were greeted by Daniel Vargas he introduced himself to us and we told him who we were and that we were here for an appointment to discuss buying a vehicle ..We sat down and filled out some paperwork ...next Mr. Vargas introduced us to Mr. Anthony Walker....he asked us a few questions ...Then he came over and showed us some figures and how much it would be for payments ...it all sounded good and in less then a hour or so we were told ...Congratulations !!! your all set ...We are the new owners of a Beautiful Hyundai Santa Fe ...OMG !!! he brought tears to my eyes (happy tears) ...just a nice feeling to know we were taken care of by such nice folks .... Mr. Walker worked out the numbers and then told us they were a little better than the first ones ...he worked his magic for us and it all worked out ...They were Great!!! Very professional and had smiles on their faces the whole time we were there ....they checked out the vehicle took off the stickers cleaned her up a bit, put plates on it and we were on our way home with a Vehicle ...Thanks for everything ...just shows us there are some really great people out there that actual work for you and with you ...All our problems solved all in the same day within hours actually ...My Husband will be able to go to work in the morning and we don't have to worry any longer about a car...Thank You guys for everything ...I will send anyone that is looking or thinking about getting a new Vehicle to your dealerships any-day.... you all did a Wonderful Job helping us out today ...you made us feel so much better & Happy ...Again, Thank You so Much !!!....Bob & Billie Rice From Oxford, Ct.
