One of the easiest and best experiences we have had! We went to Key Hyundai because we really liked our last 3 Sante Fe's and we were interested in trading in our old and buying a new one. The dealer that we dealt with previously was a good dealer but there Service Dept was the worst. Our last problem we had was that my horn kept blowing a fuse every time you pushed the horn. They would never fix the problem. We brought it to Key Hyundai, not only did they figure out what the problem was... They fixed it. So we decided that we would give Key our service the next time we were looking. So now I know not only is the Service Dept GREAT but so is the Sales Dept. We dealt with Maurice Moody and Alan Rudman. Both gentlemen were very professional, caring and considerate to what we were looking for and needed and had the car we were interested in on the lot. They delivered the car when and as promised that afternoon. I totally love my car and have already recommend 2 family members to see Alan when they get there. Dan & Jenny More

They asked me if I needed water, coffee, tea and showed me their lounge. The sales person Wayne Murray was very nice during the test drive and knew everything about the car. After I purchased my new car, I had a question about my contract and they were willing to take the time to over it with me. Most of the staff remembered me after I came back to have my car detailed and even remembered which car I purchased. Great customer service is key and they are great at it!! More
