Second Time & No Regrets Recently I visited the dealership to check out the newest Sonata models. The goal was to replace my 2012 Sonata with a 2015 model. I called Alex Ortiz Recently I visited the dealership to check out the newest Sonata models. The goal was to replace my 2012 Sonata with a 2015 model. I called Alex Ortiz in advance to make sure he will have the time to show me the different models (he was my Salesperson back in 2011). On his new role as Sales Manager he introduced me to Daniel Vargas. We explored multiple alternatives and at the end of the day I was driving another brand new Sonata like 3 years ago. Experienced a "real people" car dealership!!! I came to Key Hyundai to finalize end-of-lease options. I was apprehensive to say the least; since I had excess mileage issues. I met Alan Rudman who I came to Key Hyundai to finalize end-of-lease options. I was apprehensive to say the least; since I had excess mileage issues. I met Alan Rudman who immediately allayed my anxiety. He was extremely personable and was focused on me as a "real person" . He was not trying to sell me a car; he was dedicated in resolving my concerns. He conscientiously pursued various options; but again always being sure they would work for me. I genuinely felt I was dealing with a "good friend" not a car salesman. The professional assistance of Maurice Moody and Rami Abou Al Laban proved invaluable. Alan Rudman's title on his business card should read "Sr. Solution Provider Extrodinaire"!!!! He is most definitely a "key" asset to Key Hyundai!! More

Amazing first time experience I just bought my first brand new car and I love it!!!
