We told them what we were looking to spend plus what we were looking for and they totally filled our needs- What impressed us more was that, while we knew our car only had about 10,000 miles on it, we did, in fact, find a couple of scratches on the body and a slight dent on the roof which were not noticeable until after we had taken possession of the car and were at home- Alan ordered us touch-up paint and met us to show how to apply it and he was going to also arrange for us to have the dent "popped out" by a dent specialist on our next trip out to Key. I loved Alan, Jill and whatever other staff members were involved in our transaction- Both my wife and I would highly recommend them as ethical, caring and totally responsible people to deal with!!!!!!
